+We are very excited to present this rare and highly regarded timepiece from the realm of haute horology!
The MIH watch is the brainchild of master watchmaker Ludwig Oechslin, curator of the Musée International d’Horlogerie in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Developed as an exercise in "thinking outside the box" timepiece engineering, the MIH utilizes a modified Valjoux 7750 movement featuring a mono-pusher chronograph, and, with the addition of only 9 components - an annual calendar function! This is truly a master feat of horological innoviation, and worthy of praise.
With its sparse dial design, titanium case, and price tag of only 6000CHF, the MIH watch has become a grail watch for collectors worldwide. With limited production and high demand (two-year waiting list!), these don't often come up for sale privately, so finding one available on the secondary market is a rarity.
